The D-n case hangs on and I can't leave this PM. I am not sure about tomorrow but am getting very impatient to get back. I am awfully sorry I did not have you leave Sunday but thought surely another day would be all. I am not trying the case but the Wallings insist
sist on my staying & consulting them Have been in court all day & wish you were here for the night. It is really lonesome & I would like to be at home. I hope your foot is better & that you are all right. Will wire date of my return
