CLARENCE DARROW
1537 EAST 60TH STREET
CHICAGO
January 25-th, 1932.---
Dear Rev , C. J . Dutton : ----
I cannot come to DesMoines Feb'y 25-th,
sorry to say ; I am to be in the east for seceral dates
about that time, and can't make the extra trip .
I have the first week in March free, and
hope it won't inconvenience you to change the date.
I am in correspondence with Carl N. Ettinger
in Cedar Rapids, care Newman's Stores,, who wants to
arrange a meeting there, and I would be glad to make
consecutive dates for your two towns . Can you take up
this matter by writing to him direct ? Let me know.
Very truly yours,
Clarence Darrow
